Ewald Homes Ltd. has been an established independent builder for over 10 years. Our company builds custom homes and completes major renovations in the Chatham-Kent and Windsor area. Dave Ewald, president of Ewald Homes is also a Member in the Chatham Kent Home Builders' Association and has recently served as it's President.

Ewald Homes takes pride in quality and professional workmanship in all its homes. From a smaller starter home to an executive dream home, our team will focus on making your home exactly as you want it.

Dave Ewald, together with his team of skilled workers maintain direct, hands-on contact with every building project to ensure only the finest materials, methods, and standards are used.

Each home takes approximately 4 months to complete and YOU, the homeowner, are involved in the planning process. You can pick your lot, decide on a house plan, and choose all your design preferences best suited for your style and budget. All our homes are technologically up to date: wired for both the internet and satellite. Complete home automation is available.
